- Add the players (2 minimum) and choose the starting number of lives, from 1 to 10.
- Each round, everyone rolls their own 3 dice, in whatever order they like, without waiting for anyone else.
- The lowest score of the round loses a life.
- On a tie for last place, every player involved loses a life.
- A player at zero lives is eliminated. The game continues until one survivor is left — or ends in a shared victory if everyone drops out at once.
Frequently asked questions
- Do you have to roll dice in a set order?
- No, everyone rolls whenever they want, at their own pace — no need to wait your turn like most dice games.
- What does “shared victory” mean?
- If every remaining player hits zero lives at the same time, nobody wins outright — the game ends in an accepted tie.
- How many lives should we pick?
- Three by default, adjustable from 1 to 10 at launch. One life turns every round into a guillotine; ten turns it into a marathon.
